Optimizing for Fabrication

I worked with local fabricators to understand PCB stack-up constraints, adjust track widths for impedance control, and generate fabrication packages (Gerbers, IPC-2581). I also leveraged BOM optimization scripts that reduced overall component costs by 15% across custom boards.

The direct exposure to supply chain dynamics and hardware troubleshooting gave me practical engineering skills that textbooks simply cannot cover.
